Enquiro is a creative studio and technology practice based in New Delhi, India, run by its founders, Aksh Arora and Devansh Srivastava. In this notice, “Enquiro”, “we” and “us” mean them.

When you browse this site: we don't set cookies and we don't run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

When you use “Start a project”: the form runs in your browser. Nothing is sent to us until you press send in WhatsApp or your email app — the form only prepares the message. What you then send (your name, business, phone or email, project details and any budget range) reaches us through WhatsApp or email.

When you message or email us directly: we receive whatever you choose to share, along with your phone number or email address.

• To reply to you and discuss, scope and quote for your project.
• If we work together, to deliver the project and keep in touch about it.
• To keep this website secure and working.

We process the personal data you send us on the basis of your consent, given when you choose to contact us, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can withdraw consent at any time by asking us to stop contacting you and to delete your details.

We don't sell or rent personal data, and we don't share it for marketing. A few services handle data as part of how we operate:

• Vercel — hosts this website.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you message us on WhatsApp.
• Our email provider — if you email us.

These providers may process data outside India under their own terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months of our last conversation. For clients, we keep project correspondence for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, or longer if the law requires it.

You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent. Write to aksh28arora@gmail.com — we'll respond within 30 days.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is available to you under the Act.

When we build or run systems for a client — a WhatsApp assistant, a website form, Enquiro Scribe — we handle that data on the client's behalf and on their instructions, under our agreement with them. Questions about that data are best directed to the business you dealt with; we'll help them answer.

Enquiro Scribe is designed so consultation audio is processed in memory and not stored. No patient information from any clinic appears on this website — every demo here uses fictional data.

This website isn't directed at children. If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before sending us personal details.

If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
