Legal
Terms
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms cover your use of enquiro.in. Work we do for you is governed by the written proposal or agreement for that project, which takes priority over anything on this website.
01Information, not an offer
Everything on this site describes what we do in general terms. It isn't a binding offer. Prices are starting points; the scope, timeline, price and payment terms for your project are only fixed in a written proposal that we both agree to.
02Demos and imagery
Product demonstrations on this site — chats, case notes, dashboards — use fictional names and data. Prices shown inside demos belong to a fictional business, not to Enquiro.
Photographs of people, places and objects on this site are illustrative and were created with AI image tools for Enquiro. They do not depict our clients, their staff or their customers. Screenshots in our case studies are of real projects we delivered.
03Enquiro Scribe
Enquiro Scribe is a documentation aid. It does not practise medicine, diagnose, or recommend treatment, and its output is not a clinical decision. Every record must be reviewed, corrected where needed and approved by the treating clinician, who remains responsible for it. Scribe is offered only through a written pilot agreement.
04Our content
The design, text, code, imagery, video and the Enquiro name and marks on this site belong to Enquiro unless stated otherwise. Client names, logos and the websites shown in screenshots belong to those clients. Please don't copy or reuse our material without asking — we're usually happy to say yes.
05Links to other sites
We link to some external sites, such as live client websites and WhatsApp. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
06No warranties
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it's provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its general information.
07Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
